Marc Redgate
President of Solar and Wind Division
Marc Redgate is a Certified solar energy installer (one of only 200 in the entire United States) qualified by North American Board of Certified Energy practitioners. Tremendous experience, high professional standards, and skills make his name one of the most recognizable in solar power industry. Architects and solar engineers often use his expertise and knowledge for creating more environmentally friendly “green” buildings. Marc was the exclusive photovoltaic consultant to NY Institute of technology for their entry into the prestigious 2005 Solar Decathlon in Washington DC. Countless installations of commercial and residential solar electric systems made him renewable energy efficiency expert.

Arthur W. Hunt
Geothermal Engineer
Education: B.S.M.E. Yale University. Active in geothermal and conventional HVAC design and construction since 1974. Extensive experience in indoor pools, groundwater heat pumps, closed loops, and standing column systems for schools, office buildings, and hotels.
Operated design/build contracting company specializing in all types of geothermal systems. Projects included medical facilities, restaurant and banquet facilities, schools, and hotels. Served as President and Chief Engineer of small geothermal heat pump manufacturing corporation. Consulted with clients in equipment application, and designed, supervised the manufacture, testing, and shipment of systems through 25 tons. Has performed numerous troubleshooting assignments in a wide variety of buildings and HVAC systems, including conventional gas heat/electric air conditioning, geothermal closed loop, standing column, and groundwater heat pump systems.
Marriott Hotel, Ronkonkoma, NY: Responsible for mechanical design of all systems, including kitchen conditioning and exhaust, indoor swimming pool, guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms. System was approximately 200 tons of geothermal closed loop.
Atlantic Cape Community College, NJ: Classroom and office complex including several large computer classrooms with high internal gains. Computer classrooms required cooling when in use, while office spaces required heating in cooler weather. Designed closed loop water to water geothermal system to make both hot and chilled water simultaneously for circulation to individual room fan coil units.
Garden City Hotel, Long Island: Designed groundwater heat pump system for retrofit in 600 ton load, including guest rooms and public spaces. Design includes new supply and return wells, heat exchanger, pumping system, new piping to guest rooms, and redesign of condenser water system to existing chillers for public spaces.
Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY: Responsible for complete redesign of HVAC systems for two barracks buildings. Used conventional boiler and air cooled air conditioning technology.

Stephan Cayatte
President of Geothermal Division
Stephan Cayatte has been in the geothermal field since 1996 and has special HVAC technical training, particularly in the geothermal field and graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with high honors. He is certified by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency and member of the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association.

Vladimir Kaushansky
Architect
Architect (RA) since 1990 with experience in both commercial and residential alternative energy design. He has been responsible for the projects totaling over $75 million in construction costs, including office buildings, banking facilities, commercial complexes, religious institutions, public buildings, parking facilities, multi- and single-family residences. Among them: office/research buildings for Firmenich Inc. in Plainsboro and Newark, NJ; renovation of First Federal Saving & Loan, Marine Midland Bank, and HSBC Bank branches in NY, NJ, FL, CA; design of Schnell Publishing Corporate Office in NYC; renovation of portions of the Radio City Hall in NYC; three police precincts in Bronx and Brooklyn, NY, and many others. His expertise and professional ethics have earned him fame among his colleagues in the architectural community. He partnered with different firms on numerous projects in NY and NJ, and consulted for other architectural firms and designers.

David Thomas
General Counsel
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Thomas has represented public and private companies at all stages of their development from startup through Fortune 100 status. He has represented issuers, venture capital firms and institutional lenders in a variety of transactions including private placements, public offerings, equity lines of credit, acquisitions, divestitures of divisions, “going private” transactions, formation of domestic and foreign joint ventures, formation of hedge funds, secured and unsecured lending transactions, franchising, employee benefits, tax-exempt bond financing and 1934 Act reporting. He represented the former President of a quasi-governmental mortgage agency in negotiating a $100 million contract to acquire a municipal securities dealer and corporate securities dealer.
He graduated from Iowa State University (BS) and received J.D. in Harvard Law School in 1967. David C. Thomas is a member of American Bar Association (Corporations Section).
He is a author of Sinners at the Pearly Gates - A Primer on the Standards of Admission to the Banking Fraternity.
